I had booked the wrong day and the team very kindly squeezed my blowdry in, which was great of them to do. The wash was average - lots of water on my face which wasn't ideal. The blowdry was really good, although I wished they had used some heat protection on my hair beforehand as it was very dry after, especially with hairspray.
