I have visited a number of times but this visit I didn't enjoy myself.
I wasn't able to drink my drink as the stylist next to us was trying to 'clean' his area for the next client and used a blow dryer which blow someone's hair onto me and into my drink.
The hair wash included a wash of my face (waste of make up that day) and was pretty rough along with the blow dry
With all the concentrated products on top I felt like I came out with dirtier hair than when I went in.
Sadly not one of my best visits.

Really unhappy with the dye job, much lighter than I asked for and not the right tone, should have been a natural/honey shade but it was white/yellow. When I said this they said it was just the lighting. It wasn't. Not happy at all,also have random patches of bleach under neath sections which looks like I tried to do it myself when I tie my hair up.

It was an okay experience, I probably wouldn't come back though. I felt that because I booked through treatwell and alrewary paid they could not be bothered with me as a customer, it was the minimum of everything.
