Didn't quite get what I asked for as he took much more off the length than discussed. Also didn't straighten my hair after I had discussed this at the beginning. Got charged more for "long" hair but didn't get the extra 15 minutes that is stated for a long cut.

Had a great experience at Gusto. Super friendly staff who really listened to what I wanted and gave me a cut and colour that I loved. when I sat down the space was still being cleared up from the previous client, but that was a very small negative. would recommend and go again.

Great place. It was quite busy but they kept my glass topped with wine and spent time making my hair look great. I would definitely recommend.
