I wouldn't come back here again. I'm was not happy with my hair cut at all and I went to a different salon to get it fixed.
The lady at reception was lovely but I felt sorry for her because another member of staff was screaming at her/having a strop in front of all the customers and was being rude and unprofessional.

So glad I found this place! A truly great salon, probably the best in London in my opinion.
Was continuously having problems with some of London's most renowned salons (won't name any names!), however I was recommended to Gusto by a friend and my first visit totally exceeded my expectations.
Have now been going for the past six months for both colours and blow dries and they really are artisans, doing things no other stylists could manage before.
The service is incredible every time, everyone so friendly and attentive, always showered with refreshments and, crucially, advice on how to maintain my hair!
If you're looking for absolute quality I wouldn't look much further than this Soho salon! 5*

I originally booked a wash and cut but when I got there they were pretty insistent that as I was having a fringe that I got blow dry so that I could check I was completely happy with it. Didn't really see why but hey ho I got it anyway. I was so happy with my cut and would definitely go and see Daiiva again! It's not a luxury place but I assume people aren't expecting that from the price

The salon is quite small and basic so if you are looking for luxury, this won't be for you. That said, you get what you pay for, it's great value for money. The salon is busy and the bookings seem to run overtime but the staff are friendly and have fun. I got a cut with Joseph and he listened to what I wanted and gave good advice. A great cut, I'm happy!
