Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at Gusto and the atmosphere is great. I was ill on the date of my appointment and they rescheduled it for me without any problem. On the day they lavished me with sparkling wine and popcorn and simply could not have been nicer. My blow dry did not last as long as it normally does, but to be fair it was a damp drizzly evening which does make hair frizz.

The venue was very cramped and the Stylist asked me to move seats a lot. There was presure on me to have a toner with my highlight treatment (extra £10) - I've been having highlights for over 20 years and never have a toner. Colour was good but cut wasn't. I made it clear I didn't want short layers, yet that's what I got! My hair is wavy and too much was chopped off as it bounces back. However, very cheap deal for highlights, cut, colour, style and conditioning treatment. You get what you pay for. And I was offered a glass of vino, which is a bonus.
