Lovely atmosphere, everyone was so friendly and you can tell they just love their job! My hairdresser listened to what I wanted, and when I asked his opinion on what I was ideally looking for he gave me brilliant advice. This is my third time here and I have made it my 'go to'. Cannot recommend it enough. Thank you all!

Visited on Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately got off to a bad start as I was waiting in reception for 45 minutes after my appointment was due to start - would have happily walked around Soho if they had've told me but unfortunately that wasn't the case (and no offer of a refreshment in the meantime!). In the end the colour was fine, head massage was good. Because they were running so late I had to leave so sufficed with a 15 minute blow dry.

- appointment booked for 12pm. Didn't get seated till 12:50pm. No offer of drink, for anyone to take my coat within this period & no apology for the wait.
- So overbooked that I was asked to get up from my seat between getting my hair coloured, 'treatment, & cut to allow other clients to begin their appointments. However, there weren't enough seats so at points I had to stand.
- hairdresser could not tell me what my 'treatment' was, what was in it or how it would help my hair.
- hairdresser had poor hygiene as hands smelt very strongly of smoke.
- entire process took 3.5 hours whereas in other salons it takes a maximum of 2 hours.
- overall, very disappointed. Will not be returning or recommending to friends.
