Visited on Saturday afternoon, and unfortunately got off to a bad start as I was waiting in reception for 45 minutes after my appointment was due to start - would have happily walked around Soho if they had've told me but unfortunately that wasn't the case (and no offer of a refreshment in the meantime!). In the end the colour was fine, head massage was good. Because they were running so late I had to leave so sufficed with a 15 minute blow dry.

- appointment booked for 12pm. Didn't get seated till 12:50pm. No offer of drink, for anyone to take my coat within this period & no apology for the wait.
- So overbooked that I was asked to get up from my seat between getting my hair coloured, 'treatment, & cut to allow other clients to begin their appointments. However, there weren't enough seats so at points I had to stand.
- hairdresser could not tell me what my 'treatment' was, what was in it or how it would help my hair.
- hairdresser had poor hygiene as hands smelt very strongly of smoke.
- entire process took 3.5 hours whereas in other salons it takes a maximum of 2 hours.
- overall, very disappointed. Will not be returning or recommending to friends.

Was informed that stylist was running late so to arrive 30mins later however on arriving was told it would be another 25mins fortunately another stylist stepped in. Happy with cut however had booked the conditioning treatment and the product used looked like a very standard shop brought product that I could of used myself at home.
