The place is untidy and is a lot than expected and clearly had too many clients for the capacity of the venue. The hair conditioning treatment is a leave in conditioner effectively and the hair wash was very rushed. The photo that I showed the hairdresser of what I wanted was not what my hair was like as a finished product and it was very flat and looked like I had not been to a visit to the hairdresser. Wont be going back, very disappointed.

The staff were all really lovely, they took my coat and offered me a drink straight away. The hairdresser was also really good with recommending tips on my cut based on how I style my hair, which I loved.

Giuseppe did my haircut, and I'm very happy with it! He's very experienced, understands my hair type and advised what layers would work and what won't, and the end result was great. Recommended!
