My experience was a bit of a rollercoaster but I'm giving it 5 stars because I walked away really pleased. I went on a Saturday afternoon and had to wait for an hour before being seen, I had a book with me and no evening plans so it wasn't too much of a hassle but not ideal. To be fair, I'd booked online only a couple hours before and should've known saturday would be extremely busy but when I booked, every hour was shown as free so I thought they were clear - i don't know if that is the salons fault or treatwells to be honest. Throughout that hour there seemed to be some confusion as to who was going to see me and people who came in after me got seen first, which was annoying. Organisation seemed to have failed. However when someone did see me, she was great - really listened to me and advised me on my cut. She must have been really shattered by this point but didn't show it. I was really happy with my experience and cut. Then on my way out, the front of house lady gave me £5 as an apology for the wait and confusion - that's customer service! I'd prepaid via treatwell and didn't expect that but really appreciated the thought. Hence 5 stars! It's cramped and not the nicest looking place but the staff I dealt with were skilled and great.
