I liked the staff, the place was a bit small. My hairdresser was nice but she didn't talk much, which I'm not used to. My coloring was pretty good but it came out more red than I wanted. This wasn't surprising since my stylist didn't speak English very well so it was hard to communicate. I still like my coloring job though, it's really striking. I didn't really like the hair washing station as it had no padding for resting your neck, when my stylist washed my hair she kept pulling down really hard and I ended up with a bruise on my neck. My experience overall was good, I would probably go back. I would like to recommend bring reading material or something as the shop has no wifi.

I didn't know anything about them when I booked the appointment. Once I was there, everything went so well. It was so nice that I booked another appointment straight away. Loved the staff soooo much! And my hair are absolutely amazing!

Unfortunately I have to rate only one star this time. I went for a Balayage and the result wasn't what I expected, giving that I have really dark hair and eyebrows and I was left with the whole head cover on orange colour that it isn't what I understand by Balayage. As a result I needed to go for a toner the day after in Spain as I was going to a wedding there.
Still not happy with the colour,I guess I will need to carry on toning it down until achieve what it should have been done in the first place.
