The place smelt like smoke and all the hairdressers went out for a cigarette.
I also felt like the hairdresser was quite rushed and what I wanted was also not included in the price so I had to pay more.

This is the second or third time I've been to Gusto for the Brazilian Blow Dry Keratin - I think that says it all?! The staff are always fun and friendly. The salon is located in the heart of Soho and the interior is great too. The treatment is great because you can wash it out on the same day - no keeping it in for 3 days malarkey.
