I like my cut but it is a dirty ugly place, nothing like the description or pictures

They seemed to have overbooked, was booked in for 6pm about 6 other people walked in with the same booking and all stylists were still with previous clients. Was taken to get my hair washed at 6:30pm. Then was sat in the waiting area with the treatment in my hair for another 40mins. Lucky I didn't have anywhere to be in a rush. Despite all that, they did do their best to rectify the situation with a glass of wine and popcorn and a partial refund for the waiting time.
