Blow dry was good, as was my stylist. Had a lovely head massage during the wash. Was asked to pay a further £5 though when I went to leave (even though I'd paid online) as my chin length hair was classed by the salon as medium length instead of short as I'd specified on my booking. Price was still okay for Central London. Would go back if get stuck as it's near work.

My experience was nice at Gusto. Joseph was lovely, very attentive and my colour was beautiful. However, when booking it did say I would get a conditioning treatment which didn't happen! The colour was the most important part however and I cannot fault it!

It's the first time I've been to Gustos. Christina did my hair. She is really nice and friendly. Getting a Brazilian blow dry took no time at all. I got really good results. My hair is usually really curly and now it is frizz free and straight. Would definitely recommend.
