The hairdresser wasn't employed there but just there for an interview. I only learnt this half way through my appointment. I wanted blond highlights and the stylist didn't ask me whether I wanted them to be done with colour or bleaching. After the colour was washed off I looked horrible. The colour was much lighter then the one I had before. He then did more highlights this time some brown ones and then washed my hair with dark colour so that everything became darker... horror experience taking 5 hours. in the end it looked fine but not what I expected for 100 GBP. Don't go there.

The place is quite small and very busy. They dont even offer you a drink! However, the important part, the actual balayage was great. Emile is amazing with colour and I was so glad I got him as everybody else was asking him about which colours to use for their clients! Initially I wanted ombre as was on the deal but talking to Emile I realised i rather have balayage as it is more natural. I was very happy with the outcome and will definitely come back.
