I was kept waiting over 20 mins and told I wasn't on the system and had booked for Covent Garden. I had the receptionist cut and colour my hair who was a stylist and very friendly too, but this only happened cause there was no one else to cut my hair. My colour was a little lighter than normal but the cut was excellent. I checked my booking confirmation and I was in the correct place
