This is without exception, the worse hairdressers I have ever visited. I arrived on time and was asked to take a seat. I waited thirty five mins without so much as a drink or an explanation as to why they were running late. I enquired about the wait and told that the person cutting my hair was running late and nearly finished. The issue was, this person wasn't the one I had booked with - clearly the person who was meant to cut my hair was overbooked so they switched my appointment with someone else. They offered me someone else in stead of the guy they booked me with; the reception lady didn't even know the hairdressers name - this is because the lady didn't actually work there, she had been asked to come in and work just that day. They didn't explain this when I agreed to take the appointment. Anyway, the guy who they'd allocated initially to cut my hair didn't finish with the customer he was 'supposedly nearly finished with' for an hour and twenty mins after I arrived. So thank goodness I didn't wait around. Whilst the colour is okay, the cut is terrible. I asked the lady to keep my colour on for 45 mins as my hair is stubborn when it comes to getting the colour out. She was desperate to leave early and wouldn't; the result being some parts of my hair not dying fully. I wouldn't go back - I suggest avoiding!!
Cute little salon in Soho with a bustley busy atmosphere. The hairdresser Joseph was fab! Very friendly and did an incredible job. Hair felt soft and healthy coming out.
I came originally to do an ombré but I wasn't sure if it would suit me, so I asked some advice and ended-up to a balayage. Emile was super helpful and really gave me good advices, the blowdry he did was really amazing! Defenitely found my hair salon :)
