You get what you pay for with this hairdressers. I had highlights and a cut, there was definitely some miscommunication going on. I already have blonde highlights and just needed my root area blended with my highlights, instead the hairdresser applied bleach over the length of my hair, which is not a massive issue but is going to make my hair more damaged than it already is!
The salon is a bit tired looking and is not particularly relaxing, with a lot of noise outside. I was asked three times if I wanted Toner (there is a £10 charge for this) I said as soon as I sat down that I never need Toner, but still they tried to upsale this to me! Also I asked for a straight blow dry but instead my hair was straightened with straighteners, again some miscommunication. This place is great if you know what you want and are happy with something no frills. Not sure I'd come back

As a customer of nearly 4 years I am really disappointed with my visit. The hair wash was fairly slap dash with no head massage, and to top it off I had to wait half an hr before I was seen to. 8 expressed early on to the staff that I was in a rush to which nobody really seemed bothered about. Gusto is value for money but maybe going down the pan?

Really satisfied. I had a full head colour by Kim. I am happy like never before. They used really high quality product. The value for the price and the service is really great and reasonable.
