Really disappointed with this treatment. First of all, I felt the lady rushed the whole process and it was done in about an hour. My hair is very thin and going over it multiple times with a flat iron has made it look even thinner. The treatment promises to keep hair straight, smooth and shiny for months but after washing it 3 days later, it's neither of these things. I still have to use hair straightener to make it completely straight, and that ruins the texture of my hair even more. It's neither soft nor shiny. I don't know if the treatment was done properly or what products were used as it was my first time trying it. What a waste of money!
