The salon was very cramped and the staff were arguing with each other in front of the customers. I walked out with a wet top (my wet hair had soaked through the apron), hair all over me, and they didn't show me the finished look from behind, so when I got home and checked I wasn't satisfied.

Disappointed at venue, was hoping for a nice clean space. Venue was small and smelled foul of Chinese food coming from the staff quarters.
Haircut was ok. But my hairdresser used very hot water to wash my hair. And then again very hot hair dryer. He apologised when I told him but he should have known better. No offer of drink or magazine was made. He spoke little English and made no effort to chat.
I get better service at Headmasters for a cheaper price.
