Very cramped tired & scruffy salon. Had to wait 20mins & stylist changed 3 times before having haircut.Having said that Kristine who finally did my hair, was very attentive, charming & did a very good cut & blow dry. All the staff were very pleasant & helpful but the cramped conditions & very tired decor was surprising for a Soho hairdressers. However, the price paid was reasonable but would not have wished to pay more in the circumstances.

Horrendous experience. Dirty salon, someone else's hair on the towels and all over the chair.
Worst haircut I've ever had - it has taken me a good few months to grow out the shocking cut! Will never go back!

The team had clearly over booked and I had to change seats over 3 times.
The team were clock watching and not focusing on the job at hand really.
Standard blowdry not even ensuring all my hair was dry!
