I express my concern on people not being able to cut my hair properly as curly, and she left me with a chin length hair cut on tipe 3c, they were nice and long until my shoulder and my hair grow very very slowly, she also made me cry my eyes out once she finished, as we did agree on a length and she cut so much more !
saying that it was my fault that curly hair shrink so much once cut ! ??? Unacceptable
She has ruined my confidence for what £45?

I think it was lovely however previous times when i’ve gone to Olympia she would put serum in my hair and brush it after blow drying but this time with Yianis i was left with half wet hair that wasn’t brushed nor was any serum/oil put in but of course every hairdresser has a different technique i was just a bit disappointed but overall great!

My experience at gusto was excellent. I have tried to achieve a particular haircut several times and this was my third attempt. Mehmet listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for, I am so happy! Would definitely recommend
