Joseph did the haircuts and it is really nice. He also can give a nice suggestion for me about the model and i love the result. Definitely will go back for the next haircut/ hair treatment.

The treatment itself was great and I loved my blow dry. But even though my hair is just 2 centimetres below my arms, I was told the medium hair blow dry I booked, is not suitable, and I had to book long hair blow dry which was £6 more. Nothing wrong with that, but nobody would call my hair long - it is very much medium length. Anything shorter would be too short for a blow dry anyway. I think this should have been made clearer when making a booking.
