I am happy with my hair cut, and the staff were friendly. But it was really busy, which wouldn't have been an issue, except that they were running very very behind schedule and didn't have a lot of seating for all of the people waiting for their appointments.

First impression when walking into the salon was not the best, Kristine made up for this and I was extremely happy with my haircut and I was offered some wine. Thank you Kristine for making my experience an enjoyable one.
