I have been a regular customer of gusto through treatwell for the last 3 years. they are always excellent as usual. I really like them and their staff and always go to their Soho branch. Cheers.

Not a very clean place and shabby decor. Staff nice but stand around and chat to eachother quite regularly. Saw the receptionist hand a coat back to a customer whilst paying no attention to her and lookin at her own phone. V unprofessional. Haircut itself was average and hairdresser didn't show much interest
