I have never complained about my experience at Gusto and have been coming here for years now. I had someone different dye my hair this time and there was a communication issue as my hair ended up being dyed dark brown - not what I wanted at all. I'll be calling the salon to see if they will correct it. But for the first time I am very disappointed.

Joseph did a great job on my hair, it's been silky and smooth ever since the treatment - although he told me to leave the treatment in for two days, but I left it in for three, so I don't know how that might have affected it.
