Kristina was great at cutting and blow drying my hair. The salon was really busy but the staff were lovely and I loved my finished hair.

I specifically booked for one of the stylists I had liked the last time I was there, but when I arrived I was told she was not working that day so I had to have someone else. I have been going to Gusto for several years now and there always seems to be a mix-up or a change in pricing and with something as personal as hair it is not very re-assuring. I also keep asking them to make a colour card for me so that if the next stylist doesn't know me, they at least know which colour I usually have. However, every time I go there is no card for me so they have to guess. Gusto is great value and most people I have had are very good, however I am not happy with the unpredictability of the experience.
