My stylist, Kristina, was lovely. She took her time (but not too slowly) to do a great wash, blowdry, and styling with straighteners. They provided complimentary wine, hot drinks, and popcorn. :)

What looks like a clean, upmarket studio in the profile image is rather the opposite in real life. After my blow dry was finished, you couldn't really tell the differnence from when I let it air dry so the stylist had to get out the hair curlers, which isn't ideal after they spent 30min on the actual blow dry. As the hair had been overheated the curls only lasted a few hours too. My scalp has also become super try and flakey after the visit.
