I had read great reviews about emile, who was definitely a nice person, but I wasn't completely happy with the haircut. It seems as though he's cut it far more bluntly than the softer effect I wanted which is slightly bumming me out.

I got seen to very quickly. Gabriella was very attentive as a hairdresser. She asked me what I would like to do with my hair but also gave her suggestions which resulted in a haircut that suited my face. She gave me good tips on how to look after my hair. After blowdrying my hair, I realised I wanted some extra feathers put in and she did that without hesitation. My hair felt healthy and revived.
