I had a haircut with Yiannis and asked for a length just above the shoulder. Made special mention of a dissapointing cut last year when it was accidentally cut up to my chin, specifically said do NOT cut it up to my chin. Halfway through I look up and it's obviously lopsided and Yiannis notices and fixes it too once it is dried. Low and behold (I think because he had to fix the uneven length) my hair got cut up to my chin. Really annoyed as a specifically warned him not to. Will not be back and would not reccomend in the slightest. That said, all staff were very very nice, but hair cutting skill left something to be desired and that's the most important part.

I had a really good colour and blow dry at Gusto and will definitely come back again. I also like the fact the salon is open late - I could come at 6:30 p.m after work.
