If you're looking for a slow relaxing salon experience, this is not it. Wash, cut and blow dry within 30 minutes. However I love the haircut and they certainly don't scrimp on quality. Would recommend.
Yesterday, I visited Gusto just for a blow dry with Emilie. The blow dry was ok but he had two stop my appointment two times to go wash a client that had dyed her hair. I understand they are a busy salon but this is not acceptable.
I waited for 25 mins even if I had an 'appointment' and even if the staff told me twice it's a '5-10 mins' waiting and '2 more mins'. I had a blow dry, the style was not bad even thought my hair was not cleanly washed. Plus that get just treated everyone as walk in with zero time sense. Definitely won't visit again
Emile was amazing. Very talented and clearly has a passion for what he does. Definitely worth forking out a bit more for the balayage, he listens to what you want and manages to get the perfect result. I will definitely go back.
