I got there on time, about 5 minutes early in fact but the hairdresser was running late so I have to wait an extra 15 minutes after my appointment start time to get going. The hair dye was fine but I explained I had a blow dry included in my package and then there was a whole big drama about it being a "rough" dry not a proper blow dry. I explained that it simply said blow dry and that's why I booked the deal as it was my birthday and wanted to have nice hair for my party. The hairdresser then stalked off and had a massive row with the receptionist about it, I could hear and see all this going on and it was very unprofessional. I got the blow dry but it made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable, I was told its not my fault but it wasn't an ideal way to handle things. The blow dry was ok but I felt like it was done in a rushed manor begrudgingly.

Great haircut at this small salon, it was really busy on Saturday night so it felt a bit cramped but good experience overall

Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I went Saturday afternoon and very party atmosphere. Main thing I wanted was a cut but the cut took 5 mins and rest of time spent blow drying - so not sure how good cut is!
