All the staff were very lively and friendly, offering a coffee when I sat down. My appointment ran smoothly and on time. The haircut itself was fine, basic, but I was surprised that there was no real discussion of how it was going to be cut or the shape etc. As a curly haired girl, having someone who I can trust is a big priority. I was only asked how much I wanted taken off...and he haircut was done in about ten minutes. More worryingly, I don’t think any of the brushes or scissors had been cleaned before they were used on me. Loads of brushes in a drawer covered in other people’s hair - ick! And though people were using a broom to sweep, the place seemed quite dirty with hairs everywhere and products haphazardly arranged. Furthermore, no one mentioned what products were being used in my hair. Looked like basic store bought Pantene from what I could see in the cupboard. Not totally upset with the result, but I wouldn’t go back.
