I have been going to this venue for a few years now. Im usually quite pleased. However, I feel standards have dropped.
On my visit before this one, my top was badly damaged from bleach. When I informed the manager he did offer for the cost to be deducted from my next visit. This did happen, but took a few calls/chasing.
On this visit the salon had no bleach (Saturday 11am) so had to wait an hour for it to be delivered. The stylist I had booked with was busy with another client so a different stylist did my hair. This put her under pressure as was overbooked.
Very happy with my highlights - but not the experience.

A reliable hairdressers, it would be beneficial for them to keep colours on record, so that each time the same colours can be used rather than using guest work. My hairdresser was friendly and professional, the free drinks and popcorn made my visit comfortable, too.

Great cut, toner left on a little too long. Music not relaxing. Other clients offered a glass of wine, I wasn't offered anything 😿
