I wanted to lighten my slightly longer than shoulder length hair to a warm chestnut brown and walked out with a colour that was almost ginger. They charged me an extra £70 as apparently my mid length hair was classed as long, and they needed to use a pretreatment but never allowed me to buy the treatment off Treatwell. I think they over sell their ability on their website and whilst they may have worked with some big celebrity names, it was probably 10+ yrs ago as their styling feels dated.

Really pleased with my haircut, Cameron was super efficient even curled it for me all with cracking conversation and the salon in general has a lovely vibe.
