The salon was okay but perhaps not quite as I’d expected from the images online. Hairdresser was lovely and gave some good advice but guess I just found the whole experience fairly average.

I have been going to Gusto for a while but I was so disappointed with my last haircut there, that I'm not sure I'll go there again. Staff were nice but I had to wait 30 minutes for my haircut - I was told this was because they were short staffed. The haircut was rushed and he didn't even check it after blow drying. He just went into styling it into waves. What I ended up with was the worst haircut ever, as when I got home I discovered that right and left side were laughably uneven and I resorted to cutting it myself. Really really bad. Hopefully it was a one off.

The hairdresser Marco was very friendly, he regularly asked me and showed me the progress to make sure it was right. The only two things I would say is that the reception desk is tucked round the corner so nobody said hello when I came in and the hair mask treatment was a bit short, other than that a good salon.
