I unfortunately have to write a really angry note about my experience in this store. I booked a haircut appointment today at 3pm. I arrived and gave my details, I was told to sit down. I waited 10 mins and then went to ask how much longer I would need to wait since I only had an hour lunch break. I was told I would have to wait a further 30mins as my hairdresser was still washing the hair of another woman. The receptionist had no answers for me – no real excuse and offered me no help. She must have known 10mins before I would be waiting a while? I was simply expected to wait another potential 30mins. Not even an apology. So I left.
I appreciate errors happen but a bit of an apology would have been nice. I emailed after to continue the dialogue and try again. But no response. A real shame. However I did go next door to Splash and they were great!
