Stylist was lovely and very good but everything else was a bit under par - wash was uncomfortable and not particularly friendly, photos of the salon don't really live up to the reality (very cramped and not very glamorous as it appeared!!), also got charged another £6 because my hair was classed as long but was sure I'd booked the medium length price and in that category. However the final result was good.

Good experience on site. However two weeks later the color was already fading from my hair and now a month later it is completely back to natural color. Anytime i washed my hair the water coming out would be brown, obviously washing the color away which has never happened to me in 5 years of coloring my hair every winter. Very disappointed, and it might have to do with the fact the color was only left to set for about 10 minutes because they were in a rush for other customers, as opposed to letting it set 30 minutes.
