The hairdresser I’ve made an appointment with was unwell that day so I was helped by another stylist named Sara at the salon. The salon is not big and there were only a couple other stylist/staff working assisting guests back to back that day but Sara was extremely friendly and welcoming which made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. She listened to what he like like to do and addressed my concerns about my hair. Through out the appointment, she took the time to explain what she is going to do and checked with me to make sure I am okay to proceed. She also gave me advice on how to style my hair at home to achieve the same effect. I was satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend Sara at Gusto.
