The place is very small and dirty. I was near the door which kept opening and my hairdresser had to stop and go and close it every 10 minutes. She was brutal and pulled my hair badly. The haircut is uneven so I might go back and ask for her to fix it. The atmosphere is extremely tiring, very loud. The lighting is poor (which can cause BIG problems with your haircut). Also the Hairdresser changed, so it was someone random not the one I've chosen.

Overall I am not disappointed with the result - Marco my hairdresser was lovely and my hair looks refreshed. I feel it was slightly wrong, however, to charge me an extra £15 for wanting two, rather than just one, shade in my highlights, and to try to push toner for an addition £15 (stops being such good value!) The salon was busy, but I personally didn't like the fact that I was sitting in very close proximity to someone having a Keratin blow dry, meaning I was subjected to the fumes for a good hour (when the hairdresser doing it was wearing a mask himself). The salon is well located but a bit tired, I definitely wouldn't pay full price here for my cut + highlights.
