The overall experience was good. The only thing that put me slightly off was they considered my hair as a long hair and charged £36. My hair was not that long. Apart of that everything was good.

Kamil was fantastic - friendly, attentive and most importantly gave me a great haircut. Was really really happy with the result. Gusto as a place is quite no-nonsense, so it's very much in and out in your allocated time slot. As I don't get my hair cut too often, I prefer more of an experience personally, but would really suit someone with a busy schedule. Also frankly it's so reasonably priced for the service provided that I would definitely go back regardless.
