Super friendly staff who really listen to what you want. Very very quick (almost too much so), but floors were dirty, someone else’s hair was covering the floor and she was no where to be seen so it was a while ago, I came out with my back a bit damp also! BUT I will definitely be going back, o it really doesn’t matter

the hairdresser was nice and friendly. However the salon didn't have hot water when I did my hair, that wasn't very enjoyable

Their welcoming was: you are coming for a skinny blow dry, booked through the website but it will cost you £19 not £15 like the website said. Do you want to have the blow dry?
The salon looks tired, towels were old, thin and colour stained.
The hairdresser was more interested in socialising with the other stylist than the client,me.
He was heavy handed on the wash. He was quite rough during the blow dry. He seems to be in a rash and constantly talking and looking across to the other stylist. He even let me in the middle of drying my hair to discuss shoe sizes with the others.
He dry the top layer but left my hair damp underneath.
I had great experiences with treatwell but defenetly won't go back this salon.
