I booked with Yianis specifically as he is who I always go to however he was not there and I was not told, I would have preferred to have rescheduled if I had known. I arrived and had to go to someone knew.

Olimpia was so friendly and attentive to what I wanted my hair to look like and gave me some great advice for styling and hair cuts that I would be able to take care of after the appointment. She gave me a lot of confidence and I love my new hair, it makes me want to maintain it properly. Definitely coming back here again and asking for Olimpia!

I called to say I was running late (went to the wrong Gusto salon. I was reassured by a woman that this was ok. When I arrived Mehmet was incredibly rude to me in front of the rest of the salon, shouting and waving his arms. He refused to cut my hair, quoting the 10 min policy, and would not offer an alternative. As much as I understand this, he could have been sympathetic, given I had had already paid in full. I was made to feel very embarrassed. Will not be retuning. Unprofessional and rude.
