Gemma was so professional and knowledgable. She instantly put you at ease and is so easy to talk to. Her space is really well designed and comfortable. I booked to go back at the end of my appointment because I was so pleased with the service.

I have used this salon for approx 4 years and I absolutely love the therapists (Gemma) attention to detail and just how lovely she truly is. It all adds to the experience and you feel and look amazing afterwards.

Gemma is a really helpful and knowledgeable therapist, who is warm and welcoming. She has excellent product knowledge, and this sets her apart from other therapists as she is able to judge if a treatment is suitable or not for someone. Her work is always really good quality, and value for money. She is very good at turning inspiration pictures into nail art that works for the client she has in front of her, and has an eye for detail for brow and lash work. All in all she's absolutely brilliant
