Unfortunately some of the staff are rude and have no idea how to talk to customers. I was double booked and offered no compensation or no acceptable solution which is not on. In the end I had to hang around waiting nearly 40 mins. Kim's blow dry was fine and she's the only reason I didn't give this 1 star. Her beautician colleague Sarah's attitude is enough to make you want to run a mile!
