The girls are talented and friendly. They do a good job. However, lots of improvement is required on cross infection. No point in asking customers to wash their hands, if, between customers, noone cleans the desks. They use the same bur for all the customers. The lady filed my nails with the hand piece and then put it back, another curstomer sat down after me and the same bur was used on her nails too. The tools were also put back in the trolley and used on the next customer.
