Happy with my nails but was a little disappointed with the lack of customer service. It would have been nice to have been offered a drink and for a little bit of conversation from the therapist.

This is now my 4th visit and each and every time I have been the staff have been amazing. This appointment was at the new salon. I’ve never been treated by Becky before but she was as equally as amazing as her colleagues. Really friendly and made general chat which I think must be really hard to do all day! Overall just a really lovely member or staff and another great experience. Love the new decor, lots of thought put into the space. These ladies are so talented. Thank you :)
