This was my 1st time here & I had a great experience. Rachael was professional, efficient & empathetic. I explained I had an annoying cough & I might need to stop her during the treatment, she gave me a bottle of water just in case. Also she was patient when I had to interrupt her during treatment. She was very motivating towards other colleagues & reassuring them they were doing a good job. After treatment I was explained the aftercare. My lashes look fabulous & I will definitely go there again
