The salon is perfectly situated in harborne and is a really lovely fresh clean salon. The customer service always goes the extra mile with drinks in the fridge, expert knowledge of nail art and the ability to always say yes to the wildest of my nail ideas. It's worth every penny and the nail tech genuinely care about nail health,you getting what you want and always provide an excellent service.

My nails had been damaged by poor acrylic removal at another salon so I was keen to try somewhere that would be careful and help me regain nail health. Becky was very gentle and my nails looked great after BIAB. The salon had a lovely atmosphere and clearly loyal customers. I’ll definitely return!

I really enjoyed the aesthetics, ambience, customer service and refreshments. All staff were friendly and attentive .. lol Toni gave me a good laugh. Becky gave me a consultation before starting. She is great at loving on nails but her artwork is unbelievable 😍 👌 👏 I got a lovely Christmas card to go with a little surprise inside which was the cherry on the top.
