There was a lot of comments about glue not sticking and it not working which was pretty disconcerting. My eye stung for most of it and the appointment overall. But the lady seemed really nice and the end result was OK.

Becky is absolutely brilliant at the nail art she does and she is considerate and thoughtful throughout the process. I showed her a photo of my duvet cover of all things to take inspiration from and she didn't mock me but instead created the most beautiful nails I've ever had. She is a lovely person and a brilliant nail artist. She is worth every single penny for what she creates. Eb and the team are genuinely brilliant and the customer care never fails ♡
