I wanted to pick all the keywords to describe Rachel. She was welcoming, reassuring me straight away. I like to know what is going on and she was happy to explain the whole process throughout. Super relaxing (pretty sure I fell asleep snoring 😂) The lashes came out excellent and just want I need!
