Amazing, the ladies were really nice. When I first arrived I had a short consultation with Zahra. She was very nice, funny and considerate when we spoke about the way I'd like my haircut.
Then I had a nice, relaxing hair wash and a fab haircut.
I'm very happy with the result and general experience.

I haven't been to a hair salon since I was 12 but I decided it was finally time to stop cutting my own hair- you can imagine how nervous I was at 27 to be getting my hair done for the first time! Ivan and Zahra were wonderful- they took the time to understand what I wanted (even though I didn't know what that was!) and explained what they were doing and why, every step of the way. I am officially converted- I completely trusted Zahra and felt in safe hands with both. Thank you so much for this!
